reverse split.....
Management mistakes.....
etc etc etc etc..........

Hmmmmm.........Sound familiar?

Oh, and one other small detail........
The science JBM claimed was so great didn't catch on.... In FACT the company that contracted to market the cells didn't even pay their minimum payments. I guess the REAL world is different than JBM's science interpretations.
