Thank you Dave. You chose the right time to take a started position - IMO. I'm freeing up capital to add to my own position either Friday or Monday. I always get excited when buying more shares of SWVC. I'm holding long-term, for the future looks very bright for this company. Tom has already stated his intentions for SWVC to trade on an exchange one day, i.e., the AMEX or NASDAQ. And if you look at the last 11 months of existence, Tom has built an entity with some 600 employees and projected annual revenues of $36 million to $41 million in only 10 months of existence....I find that very positive.

Expansion Holdings:

Hacketts: Currently has 9 big-box retail stores and is looking to expand into 20-25 locations total in phase 1.

Jreck Subs: Currently has 5 locations and is looking to expand 3 locations this year and 10-12 total over 2008-2009.

Good Fellos: Currently has 1 location, is looking to test 1 other store and will then look to expand into 5-7 locations total over 2-3 years.

I appreciate all of your DD and posting of information as I just bought this stock today at .0019 . I am a newbie 1yr playing pinks and the one thing I have learned is watching the charts,trends, and this afternoon it looked like a bounce I bought in and made a little dough. I do read the posts on the board of a stock I purchase on IHUB but right up to the point where a stock takes off and even while a stock pps is rising quickly you will have naysayers. I liked the action this afternoon and am hoping for more tommorrow. Gl Dave
