Force Protection Gets Determination Letter From Nasdaq 5/27/08

Force Protection Inc. (FRPT) said its stock is subject to delisting from the Nasdaq Capital Market after the company failed to file its for 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31.
The Ladson, S.C., survivability equipment manufacturer said Nasdaq had issued a previous staff determination concerning Force Protection's listing after the company failed to file its 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31.
Force Protection said the most recent determination letter, concerning the 10-Q form, serves as an additional basis for delisting the company's stock.
Force Protection is currently waiting for the decision from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel on an extension to comply with Nasdaq listing rules.
