He was getting involved in too many "other" projects. John said it's me running the show or I'm out. That means you (Clayton) take a seat on the sidelines...in the back row. Obviously Clayton was willing to do this because of what John has going on. Clayton has 70M plus shares and thinks John can make him very rich. This is partly my opinion.
