GIA faxed me and stated that Walter Stunders had enrolled in the Diamond course in the year 2000 and never finished it. They have no record of him ever becoming a Gemologist. I put in a formal request a long time ago and gave them his links and everything. They turned it all over to their legal department was their comment via the phone conversation when I called to question the results. I told Walter via an email a few days ago that I am sure it's a "mistake" and he should take care of it.
G.I.A. does not take it lightly if someone is claiming to be a Gemologist through them and is not. So I hope for Walter's sake he gets this cleared up. You can check it out by calling G.I.A. and putting in a formal request. Maybe Walter will have it cleared up by then.
