X-Rite 'Well-Equipped' To Meet Near-Term Fincl Obligations 12:54 PM ET 5/27/08

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

X-Rite Inc. (XRIT) increased its cash and cash equivalents to $25 million from $18 million over the first quarter and said it will be able to pay about $9 million in interest payments coming due through the end of June.

The Grand Rapids, Mich., color application product and software company said it remains in talks with first and second lien lenders.
