Could some of the old management (Emas) be holding this stock back?................microcaps need credible management.

We don't want a pump/dump scam happening here. ....

Randy, Your numbers do a compelling job. I think some are worried about dilution. I'm included.

Trust in management will happen over time if they earn it. So far over the last 6 months Rice has earned it. We are now making bottom in the stock....longs should pay attention. This one should move quickly...imo..cmg
