I think you need proof before you start developing "hunches" or allegations.

The issue with this stock...always has been...is that there are many MORE shares than is legit. Period. Clayton has confirmed this several times.

It makes no sense for "restricted shares for one year" to suddently become unrestricted.

Nor does it make sense to assume the divvy screwups don't exist. They do, and it takes about 2-4 weeks from the ticker change for brokers to become aware of the situation.
