Where can Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care be purchased?
Through this web site, as well as in the pharmacy or skin care section at many drug, discount and grocery stores – Please check out our store finder for specifics.
Do you have to be diabetic to use Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care?
NO. Products are safe and effective for use by anyone who suffers from severe dry skin.
What makes Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care different from other lotions or moisturizers?
Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care products are unique, patented products containing TriOxygenc®
What is TriOxygenc®?
TriOxygenc® is a plant derived fatty acid mixture, high in polyunsaturates. Through a patented process, significant quantities of oxygen bind to its structure and remain there until applied to the skin.
How does TriOxygenc® work?
Like the skin’s own natural lipids that carry oxygen, when TriOxygenc® is applied to the skin it temporarily mimics the skin’s natural lipids that help deliver oxygen to the skin. The oxygen in natural lipids helps to stimulate circulation and blood flow to the skin, helping speed the normal healing process.
Doesn’t the skin absorb plenty of oxygen since it is all around us?
Skin is a barrier. Only small amounts of oxygen are absorbed from the outside. Most of the oxygen absorbed by the skin is fed directly through the blood.
What are the benefits of TriOxygenc®?
TriOxygenc® has been clinically tested for over ten years. Studies have shown that its use helps to temporarily increase circulation by mimicking natural skin lipids that carry oxygen, speeding the normal healing process. It provides superior moisturization effects to protect and prevent dry, damaged skin.
Do Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care products cause any side effects or can they be harmful with long-term use?
NO. However, Diabetics should always consult with their physician before using any new products.
Will skin build up a tolerance to these products, making them ineffective over time?
NO. In fact, skin will show significant improvement and strengthen its natural defenses with daily, continued use.
Can Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care be used on the face and in combination with other products?
YES. These products provide excellent facial moisturization and protection. They can be used in combination with products such as AHA’s, Retinol, suncreens, etc. or applied under makeup or aftershave products. However, if your skin is prone to blemishes, the super-rich emollients may cause blemishes.
What is the difference between Advanced Healing Cream and Therapeutic Moisturizer Lotion?
Advanced Healing Cream provides maximum treatment for severely dry areas such as hands, fingertips, elbows, knees and feet. Daily use is recommended. Cream can be applied liberally as often as necessary.
Therapeutic Moisturizer Lotion with SPF 15 provides all-over body care for daily maintenance and protection. Treatment will keep skin soft and soothed, preventing dryness, roughness, chapping, itching and redness. Daily use is recommended. Lotion can be applied liberally as often as necessary. Reapply frequently during sun exposure.
Should Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care products be applied over deep or puncture wounds, infections or lacerations (torn, ragged wounds)?
NO.
What is the ingredient Dimethicone?
This Active Ingredient is a superior skin protectant that seals in the body’s natural moisture and protects the skin from moisture or oil loss.
Can pregnant or nursing women use Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care products?
There should be no problem. However, we always recommend that your physician be advised of all products you use.
Should persons with diabetes consult their physician prior to using Neoteric® Diabetic Skin Care products?
