Arnold, check the signatures on the loan document provided by truth #58161. I would guess that somehow, all proceeds paid as per the default, end up back in the control of on Malcolm Skolnick. The process he took the company thru to get to this point reads fraudulent. He has probably somehow connected himself with the construction concern. IMO only, of course. lol.
