I'm hoping Venomen and Ugo are right on no increased A/S this year or next BUT they didn't offer any explanation to why 50 million shares was recently paid out by ONEV for future investment services. I was bold enough to state my view. I said it will be to cover all related costs in filings and a new registration.

Ugo, Venomen, anyone else want to venture a guess WHAT warrants 50 million shares?! It is a very reasonable question.
