To Winning Brands Shareholder Message Boards:

The following sets out pertinent details of Winning Colours Stain Remover television advertising on A-Channel TV Toronto/Barrie week of June 23 – week of Aug 4, 2008. To enhance exposure of our retail banner partners during key viewing times we are adding Prime Time TV advertising spots in Canada during U.S. programming that can serve as a test market experience. For 7 weeks in the summer the Winning Colours Stain Remover advertisement will appear during various episodes of the following popular U.S. shows broadcast in Canada complete with banner logos of our primary partners in this television market. Several of these banners are Canadian subsidiaries of U.S. parent companies. The demographics of the viewing audience in the two markets are essentially identical, thus providing the basis of a market test.

· Desperate Housewives (Sundays 10-11 pm)

· Grey’s Anatomy (Thursdays 9-10pm)

· Law and Order (Wednesdays 10-11pm)

· Supper Nanny (Wednesdays 9-10pm)

· One Life to Live (Mon-Fri 2-3pm)

· All My Children (Mon-Fri 1-2pm)

· Smallville (Wednesdays 8-9pm)

Approximately 1/3 of the viewing impressions are national in Canada (ie outside of Ontario) because of cable time shifting. This is not the only a promotional initiative, but does represent the first regular exposure of Winning Colours Stain Remover to high ratings television programming. Naturally we will assess the effectiveness of the time slots and creative approach afterward in order to keep improving recognition and traction of a brand which has the characteristics necessary to become North America’s favourite stain removing product.
