MP controls the shareholders "vote"... He would say that selling out or reverse merging even with a Giant like Cardinal would dilute and devaluate CDEX just at the time that a "gigantic breakout" has commenced.

He would cite all the money that is about to pour in from Valimed sales and on-going income from that source for...upkeep and new signatures and Cuvettes. 10 K a year from EACH Valimed.The MYTH gun will set new record sales just as soon as they sell one.

They will finally sell or give away the remaining of the 25 Valimeds that they built in early 2006...and find an angel or joint angels that just maybe never saw the BAXa debacle and from them can get some money to make more Valimeds.
