I'm pretty sure what will happen is that ISBL will transfer or sell the company or its assets to BGGR. Norm owns that shell too, they started their audit and the process to begin trading before this mess ever started, so they should be fairly close to being able to begin trading.

What we need to be careful of and watch closely, is how the transfer of ISBL assets occurs. Lot of room for manipulation in a deal like this.

I still maintain that our future will be the MMA business. That could really be huge. I can see things happening there that could cause BGGR to open upwards toward their stated goal...but...we'll see...
