Baladamis, wouldnt forward splitting SYNM shares would make it even harder for SYNM to hold the $1 minimum share price to continue to hold NASDAQ requirements? SYNM needs to reduce their shares, in order to increase the value of the stock, that or find more assets to add to their stock to maintain listing.

Unless BLDV announces news of some kind of numbers regarding how much their assets are worth, what with working with the Belize government and all that untapped land, mature palms producing oil as we speak. Thats got to be worth something while other bio-fuel plays are going bankrupt buying expensive feedstocks such as corn and soybeans, better the cahoon palm nut of BLDV to use instead.

Total combined asset value of SYNM and BLDV have to increase the NASDAQ value to the point that the min $1 share amount is easier to hold and maintain. They dont want SYNM to be borderline, they want a merge or combination to propel the SYNM stock into higher valuations and stability.

Good for SYNM and BLDV as I'm sure SYNM shareholders are none to pleased about almost losing their listings. SYNM needs to get bigger and adding BLDV would be an easy way to accomplish that.
