IMO, the mods would be doing a huge favour explaining to the rookies/newbies, some straight facts about trading: how it works, how to make money and how to lose it all. I would mention Stock_Analyzer, but I think he's gone. Bill Pannetta is excellent with 1500 + board marks. He is trying to help some new and old traders.

Point is, the majority of posters here have their own agenda; pump the stock so they can dump it. 2nd, dump a stock so they can buy it back cheaper coz they missed the boat in the beginning. Some people talk about Investment Bankers in THIS stock and I for one who used to work for one of the largest penny stock IB's, I can tell you that there is more misleading information being spread here than I have seen in a long time!

This Post was originaly a reply to MoneyMan who said he was going back to his board, but for some reason decided to come back. I have posted DD several times, but either it's for some reason being ignored and/or deleted. But if it's the later, I'm prepared for that. So if my posts seem OT, then do what ya got to do and we'll take it up a level. A lot of good DD was coming out today which is great! Remember mod with finger on delete, I am a long here and have no bash posts. It seems to me that with a few havy hitter mods on board that a lot of newbie questions could be answered: correctly, than by someone who never passed their Series 7!!

I am not a fan of Javelin, but I do know how they work: that's why I play some of their deals. There is so much mis-information here about shells, the price, who has the stock, the new structure, why this will probaly go pink 1st IMO, but I don't care. LOI? Defined means what? We need to see the letter, We need an 8K. I said it earlier, the Q is in general terms cause there are no audited financials or notes.

This company has the potential for a great play IMO. Maybe if everyone talks with Palmer, then he can get Peacock to open the books on A/S. O/S, and float. But we know that Steve and Andy won't, so get Palmer to play it: Palmer's rep seems better anyway IMO and with this stock being a BB, it should fly!
