Isnt Texas big enough for BLDV?

This tells me they have plans for either Florida location, or they like Florida states laws better when conducting or controlling their assets, since I'm no Florida state lawyer, maybe someone else can shed some light on the advantages of registering an Florida Foreign Limited Liability Corp.
