IMo You're Correct.....Holding just One Acre Out of the 20 needed to function..can Hold Up the works!...Size of Holding does not have to be to Only Factor!..Knowing where to buy ..to become part of a 20 ac plot functionality....is what gets HMGP to the Bargaining Table!
