Probably semi-accurate, Cap'n. What the Feller is saying is that he has some people lined up to be EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTORS WHO AGREED IN RETURN for the exclusive designation, to sell a total of 160 Valimeds.
Problem is, where is the 160 Valimeds coming from, assuming that the distributors can actualy sell that many?? The BAXA experience is not encouraging in that respect.
There has been no announcement of a real manufacturing contract. Only an announcement that they are laying in parts.
The key word is "exclusivity". The "160 VALIMEDS" is not sank in any kind of concrete, not even a wee bit...
Always remember that MP is a Lawyer, and becides that, is not terribly concerned about stating stuff so that the PP buyers and the ordinary stockholders can avoid error in interpretation of what he utters. He wants them to mis-interpret, because then he might sell more PP shares, and the traders amongst the CEXI market might run the SP up.
The CEXI SP did run up a bit after the three minute thing, driven exactly on what is really a forward looking announcement.
