Belize full fiscal support incentives for BLDV

You have to listen to that video well. With BLDV's high end connections to Belize and even "Storming Norman" a hint of also US millitary connections or interest. It seems to me that rather then going through dillutive financings on the market, BLDV instead probably gave the 176 mill restricted shares to the Belizian & US government for access to the cahoon palm nuts, in exchange for;

"Blue Diamond can expect full support in terms of fiscal incentives from the Belizian Government"
listen to it said in the video;

So BLDV has fiscal incentives and support from the Belizian Govt, in terms of the US millitary we know they need a cheaper supply of high energy liquid fuel sources and the Belizian Cahoon Palm nut fits that bill

Whats even more interesting is the mention of a 50 million USA embassy built in Belize. Why else would this be mentioned in a BLDV promotional video if there isnt some kind of reason for it? BLDV must have connections, really big ones!

First off the Belizian government gave what the Lyndham college to BLDV for land to set up operations. The US was also setting up a new embassy in Belize and also interestingly, and you will like this....

Belize (02/08)
The U.S. military has a diverse and growing assistance program in Belize that has included the construction and renovation of several schools and youth ...

hmmm....the US government renovating Belize schools at the same time BLDV gets school land in Belize. Storming Norman from the US and BLDV's own Phillip Priestly British ambassador to Belize!

So what does this relationship get? BLDV has lots of connections to training and educational centers, the relationship with Texas A&M university for one. With that educational prestige and there is more;

John Quincey MoaningCEO/President

Dr. Jean Bell Manning

Manning has been Vice President for Academic Affairs at Langston University since 1986, and prior to that time she was a high school and university English instructor. Manning received her Bachelor of Arts from Bishop College, a Master of Education from North Texas State University and a Doctor of Education from North Texas State University.

Willard C. Pitts
Treasurer

Pitts is an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Communication at Langston University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lincoln University, a Master of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and an ABD from The University of Oklahoma.

ligio de la Garza
Director

One of Congress' leading experts on U.S.-Mexican relations, de la Garza has worked to improve relations and trade between the two countries throughout his congressional career. In 1966, he became the first congressman from the Texas-Mexico border area to serve on the Mexico-United States Interparliamentary Group, which promotes dialogue between legislators from the two countries. He served as Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture for 13 years. de la Garza maintains close relationships with many world leaders and agricultural ministers.

So what does all these educational connections have to do with Belize, the US Millitary and BLDV?

What do I think? I think that because Belize needs jobs jobs jobs, that BLDV has shown that it is a Research support/training and will help teach the Belizian people on how to pick the cahoon nuts and get the rest of the goat/Jatropha that BLDV is so involved with

Even that video mentions "Research support/training" right at the start;

http://www.wbrtv1.com/media_stream/1912/blue-diamond-ventures.html

So here we have high ranking connections, the US military involved, the need to train workers for a new economy BLDV having the educational background skills and connections, Belize having fertile land, cheap labor, high end fuel sources and good land for growing more goat/Jatropha to build a bio fuel economy.

I think we have it right here in BLDV!

"Blue Diamond can expect full support in terms of fiscal incentives from the Belizian Government"

so this little penny play has the funds and connections. With Syntroleum closing their plant, almost getting delisted from the Nasdaq and already working with Palm oil, the marrying of all these events and the use of US Military fuel applications just all seems to fit together as a very possible situation at hands.

Nasdaq here BLDV comes! imho.
