the SEC is not the only federal agency involved in these investigations... ...which (as far as i am aware) are still open/ongoing investigations...

kacey, I was totally unaware of a "Philly" investigation. My guess is that it too was "quashed", or letting die on the vine. Frank was always aware of the "fed involvement" but apparently knew the "feds" were covering for the spooks involved with Triangle and that it was his get-out-of-jail-card. If you have any more info on the "Philly" investigation, please share. First I heard of it. TIA
