RSS and CSS Feedback

Yeah, those changes will only show up in the CSSTest directory until I start moving them into production.

I expect to be moving some of them tonight, but dunno. One person has complained elsewhere of a "weird" look but is not forthcoming with specifics. I'm worried that his setup may be a strongly represented scenario, too. I've already noticed that things look different between my machine and my wife's laptop, even though they're both running the same browser and OS.

Anyway, when I move them into production, I'll move the user-config parts over too. I won't have the user-edit function done until much later, so I'll make ad-hoc changes for people who are actively helping with the testing.
