I am shocked that people can't see that what is happening here is a simple share swapping or exchange.

The Legacy CD = 500M shares @ 0.001.

If Tom wants to get the shares (Buy to Cover what YA shorted), YA need to take it down so they can cover.

I can assure you that there are 2 options here.

We get to 0.0007 or 0.001 and we see massive covering. I am setting my bid set at 0.001 for 3M shares.

The major struggle here is the Legacy debt and we will see that resolved soon enough.
