As I understand it, the next thing could be the details on the registration and approval of the LHC company to trade publicly...that will then clear the way for the divvy to be followed thru....

I think we will see the finalizations of the MTRE acquisitions after the LHC divvy is settled so that MTRE is clean when the businesses are taken over. JMHO
