I just had a short back and forth with Larry via e-mail.

I asked him:

"We EQBM shareholders have been trying to figure out where we stand ever since the de-listing and being put on the Grey sheets. At one time we were suppose to have a stake in the China deal (as well as Red Lake and a few other things) and I know you’ve said there is no debt. Can you clarify the situation ?"

He replied "quin" I said I don't know what that means and he said "xgin"

I told him I am who I am and nothing more, but have not heard back. I tried, but I can understand if it's paranoia on his part after the SEC. Maybe his fear is justified for good reason.
