If they have any pr's worth anything, next week is the week to start the push. The russell date is next Friday. I'm assuming mgmt wants to get back into the russell because that will create the buying pressure to get the nasdaq delisting issue resolved. If they don't parade the pony next week, they either don't have anything to parade or they don't want the delisting issue to go away.

Does mgmt benefit by delisting? Possibly if they've struck a deal where a potential buyer gets more cheap shares which delisting gives them. I'm hoping mgmt looks out for existing shareholders. I also want mgmt to know most shareholders are fed up and would try to force a sale of the company if delisting occurs.
