Would someone please be so kind as to tell me which part of this post is off topic to a stock specific board? I am not griping, I just want to know which part to edit so I can post it. It was removed for being off topic. Thanks to anyone that will take a second to check it out for me :)

Wowww, this board is getting really off track.

It is hard to understand why all of these people that don't own the stock have come in to bait people here. The 'longs' get defensive and the whole board loses focus as to what this is all about. Yes, it is obvious that a short issue is an ingredient to this stock, but there is so much more to it than that.

This is a real brick and mortar company that has a solid foundation. It isn't a company that has a 'someday dream'.... it's doing what it does- now. They build boats.... obviously such impressive boats that even homeland security took notice. They are currently in production. They are experienced in this field and they are making a name for themselves by selling quality boats NOW.

this is not something that is waiting to be drilled, it is not pending test results, it is not waiting for bureaucratic approval.... it is not pending cashflow or waiting for income sources, it is real. It's a good business.

So the question is... why do people come in to disrupt ihub boards? This happens to countless boards every day. Run a search for the word "basher", on ihub and see how many hits you get.

Completely giving these folks the benefit of the doubt and trying to see their side of things.... why are they here? Ok, well it wouldn't be that they work for shorts as that would mean that they are here deceptively and I am trying to give the benefit of the doubt at this moment.

OK, so next, maybe it is the company, maybe it is a HORRIBLE company and these posters are kind enough to take time out of their busy day to warn all of us unsuspecting shareholders. They may assume they have done better research on this company than we have, or possibly they have a 6th sense and need to share their predictions with existing shareholders. Maybe that is their 'gift' to small caps- to impose their opinion on stocks that they would never invest in.

Sure, in pinksheets, you are going to find that almost every single stock out there has some red flag.... some dirt.... something that is wrong with it. Pinks are notoriously dirty..... that and they are notorious for huge gains or huge losses. Risk vs. Reward down here is not for the faint of heart. Name a ticker and any one of us could dig up something about it..... not that I would waste my time DDing on a stock that I am not interested in purchasing, but if I did, I probably could find something unfavorable about anything out there, and so could you.

Maybe they are a start-up and it could take months or years to get going?
-This business is established
Maybe their product is imaginary data bits or a snake potion?
- The company builds quality watercraft
Maybe the company is involved in toxic financing
- The ceo owns 1/2 of the companies debt :) No cornell here.
Maybe the company does not communicate with shareholders or LOL, has a full voice mail box that never gets emptied LOL.
-2 of our board members have visited with them, 1 had a boat tour, many have called and had conversations with various employees and the ceo.
Maybe no-one has ever heard of the product?
- This company is represented by boat dealers and also attends industry trade shows that result in revenue.
Maybe the co is a diluted pig?
-They have stated that they are not currently diluting (yes all co's dilute at some point, that is why they are public, so they say they are not selling shares at this time)
Maybe they have a problem with promotion?
- The company has stated that they have not recently and will not issue promo shares. (I've heard one a long time ago didn't go so well)

Everything can be verified by calling
305-758-BOAT (2628)

I am all for verifiable information whether it be negative or positive... as long as it is factual.

But can everyone here please remember that there are good people invested here?

This goes for the 'longs' and the 'not at alls'. Let's try to be civilized.

Good luck everyone! I look forward the going north with my fellow LTDI'ers.
