I am convinced Mr. Cudney has plans for ASR above and beyond what exists in ASR today. We hear that he is a very astute investor. Assuming he is extremely confident in those plans and because he can envision the rewards if the plan unfolds, then he is simply buying ASR as it is the logical conclusion.
