a little off the subject... can anyone enlighten me with what a " shareholders right plan" is? It is something api adopted. Is it something kcl should consider to raise more interest in their company. I know they wouldn't have to go anywhere for financing if their stock was as high as api. Their (api) structure seems to attract more shareholders.
