I agree. Doubt seriously this stock would have ever seen .02 without the dilution. I believe Sam needs money to close a deal and without the dilution wouldnt have the money to do it. Hopefully with the money he is getting it is enough to close the deals and release some news that will really get this one moving.IMO Ever heard the phrase "Takes Money to Make Money"
