to state
"There will be no "clinical trial" results forthcoming..."

with such certainty from someone who only flips their penny stocks (nothing wrong with that, btw--if that's your style) is not very appropriate... unless, of course, you are privy to some insider info, lol.

You also already know that just because they cannot get a trademark on the name, it does not mean they cannot market their product, and possibly market it better, than any potential competitor. Many variables exist here. This aint done by a long shot, imo.
