In my opinion you are seeing the walk down on phantom shares to create the volume to offset the 3.3M share conversion. You are seeing both sides of the transaction since the shares aren't part of the overall O/S before the conversion is done. None of this is available to the retail shareholder. If you subtract 6.6M shares from the total shares traded each day there is a conversion that in my opinion is the actual retail trades.
