Hard Disc Cafe Passes Licensing Inspections, Sets Official Opening Announces World Wide Wireless Communications Inc.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2002--World Wide Wireless Communications Inc., (OTCBB:WLGS - news) chairman, Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the Hard Disc Cafe Inc., (an entity that the company has entered into a letter of intent to acquire) has passed all city and state licensing inspections, and will open for business next week. The company has set the official opening date for Tuesday, April 23, 2002, with a ceremony planned to include the mayor of Miami Beach and several other city and state officials attending. In a statement issued from Miami today, Michael Zwebner stated, ``We are pleased that after months of construction and planning, the Hard Disc Cafe is now ready to open its doors and generate revenues. We see the consummation of this acquisition by World Wide Wireless as a key element in reworking a solid revenue and growth plan for World Wide Wireless.´´
