I'm sure the next excuse for not delivering people's money will have something to do with the Cuban Trade Embargo. Since our little Cuban friend, Pedro Borges is a wanted fugitive from US Justice, I wouldn't count on anything here but more big disappointments. If the little trade embargo breaker gets arrested, then this scam can rightfully be put to bed for good.
