Letting Wilfboy keep all those shares would be the worst thing that could happen to the shareholders. Look at what he has done so far with DPBM. He has deluted the hell out of this stock and R/S it. Now you want to let him keep all the new shares of this other shell compnay that he has started. He would now be able to delute and manipulate it like he has done with DPBM. Wilfboy would just love that. It would pay for how many more vacations, and living expeses for he and his family?

I say give the shareholders the controll of their compnay (not Wilfboy)he has proven his true colors through his deceptive and false PRs.
