I didn't actually have to fly or drive there... my testimony was given by telephone. I got started with this because of OCTBB (considered a friend) and that Miquel Blanco (aka Mike White considered an enemy) was bashing his hardest to scare everyone. My strategy was very simple... I gave Angio's bid of 8m and 3m or $11 million as the NPV added the full judgement awards, added the Cash On Hand and Acct's Rec and another $750K value for the shell and came up with plenty of equity after deducting the Debtor's filed Liabilities. I even said that we don't owe Hercules anything... not a dime, but rather they owed us for breech of contract.
