Investor911, with the BLDV share structure...

I spoke to pinksheets.com a few times about the BLDV share structure and I will be calling them again tomorrow. They are insisting that the updates they received are correct and were from the company. The key updates under discussion are:

4 Apr 08 "updated" to 47 employees

14 Apr 08 "updated" to show an OS of 125,000,000 shares

14 Apr 08 "updated" to show a Float of 29,000,000 shares

Also, the Transfer Agent confirmed last week and continues to confirm this week that the share structure numbers at pinksheets.com are correct with the OS being 125 million shares and the Float being only 29 million shares.

I have a few thoughts to post about that, but I think I need to reserve them until after I speak with the TA and pinksheets.com tomorrow.

Still, I recommend investors consider the thoughts in the IBox for best and worse case scenarios. Either way, the inventory of shares is zero in my opinion or so close to being zero that it won't matter because trading action should kick in to push BLDV to speak louder than words.
