OT: foreclosures are rampant. Around here or anywhere else...decline the ones in the ghetto/crack neighborhoods, they gut the copper. Good advice anywhere. Pick and choose. You could get 5 houses for 20K, but all money pits. This one was a steal (overlooked by the market).
