You claim i spin it positive, but you just said...

"They issue more shares that is good; it happens before a run up. They delay the 10Q; companies do this before a run up. As soon as they release the website and announce the commerical it will run up."

Thats more positive that what i said. lol

Show me what i said that is not possible/fact?
