Strategically again I think we must get a nice juicy PR tomorrow AM to offset this news. That being said Brian seems to have enough experience knowing that the day he mentions he is raising the outstanding shares the share price will drop dramatically especially without any specifics as to how many shares and when. He knew enough to put the PR out after the market close.

Now if he did this strategically to not be sneaky and be transparent with the shareholders

next step would be????? Well I don't think he would have put that out if he didn't have solid good news right behind it to put unless he isn't too quick which it seems like he is.

If does this he actually gains investor confidence because of his transparency and strong follow through

Please please please I hope I'm right.. but thats only logical...
