When they accepted this loan (last year) the company was a weak point, hence the poor terms.

Theres a good chance that a chunk of this loan has already been converted and calculated into the current O/S, since it was issued last October.

This is the kind of stuff that always seems to be "prepared/tweaked" prior to a big move...lol...

IMO this stock is going to spike to a $10,000,000+ market cap so its minor in the grand scheme of things.... so what if it prevents us from running a few pennies further...lol..
