A/S to be 136.825 shares with the new starting price at .14 (if we close at .007 a share) or .10 (if close at .005 a share).

Do they have news to accompany this R/S?

With the current net book value, after R/S it should be traded at .80 a share. This is truely sad that we are traded at the current level, price of a shell.

Let's have some big good news to pop this 4.5 million in O/S to price at .40 a share , $1 a share. :) It won't take much to push price up with good news/demand for shares when we have only 4.5 millions in float. I believe that about 70% of 4.5 million of the float is owned by insiderers. This can be very interesting ride. I hope we have good news accompany this R/S.
