It maybe contradicting but the email was the same sent to me... I myself thought the 1/15/08 date was bizarre but nothing surprises me any more with regards to pumpers like Chad... I have dicounted everything he told me as BS.. INCLUDING NO DILUTION... What ever happened to the claims of reducing the Auth shares just about 4 months ago that claim was made and nothing since then.. "The Board of Directors has approved the reduction of authorized shares of the company and to rename the company to PRADERA ENERGY CORP. Management will be working with legal council to complete these tasks on a timely basis and we will update our stakeholders on our progress."
