Any comment on the R/S 1-20? Obviously this will reduce A/S to 136.825 shares with the new starting price at .14 (if we close at .007 a share) or .10 (if close at .005 a share).

O/S now is going to be cut down to 13.2 millions shares. Ahmmm

Do they have news to accompany this R/S?

With the current net book value, after R/S it should be traded at .80 a share. This is truely sad that we are traded at the current level, price of a shell.
