>We filed a New Drug Application (NDA) with the United States Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) for PENNSAID Lotion. The U.S. is the third country,
in addition to the United Kingdom and Canada, where we have filed for marketing
approval. Our application to the U.S. was accepted for a complete review in March, 1998
and we are now engaged in dialogue with regulatory bodies from all three countries.<
