Yeah, I said it'd take a while, but I'm on a serious roll today.
There *will* be certain differences but most of them will be very subtle. The most noticeable one will be the different color for the alternating color bar.
Side note: I probably mentioned this before, but one of the important benefits of CSS is a reduction in the amount of data going over the wires. Favorites just got 30% whacked out of it (in addition to savings we'd already gotten in that one earlier) and the average savings per page so far is 27%.
On dialup, it's coming through as a smallish, but noticeable difference in speed. When there was only 21k to start with and it's knocked down to 14k, the perceived difference isn't all that dramatic because 21k really isn't much to begin with.
Edit In: Nevermind. Don't test this one yet. I'm seeing some display problems with it in Netscape and Opera.
Edit 2: How bizarre! Both Netscape and Opera looked screwy on the first try, but looked fine on reloading. I've got a sneaking suspicion why that is, and will look into it. In any event, nevermind my previous nevermind. This one's ready for testing.
