Ozzy.... Some of them were BUYS AH. It's not all dilution and if you check the IR page, the OS is pretty damn good for a developing company which changed hands.

Also, don't forget -- speculation made the stock spike. The quiet time afterward is naturally subject to some selloff and decline.
