No, just read the IR page on the homepage... Not tough. Also the AS is very low and so is the OS. For this exchange, the stock structure and non-convertible prefs are a good deal.

It's up to people to trade it PROPERLY. Trading will increase/decrease the PPS... Ya know, the market sets the price.
