Did Larry and Rex change Transfer Agents? Has the O/S increased to over 108 Million as of 05/19/2008? What did Blackoak mean that he was a preferred shareholder? Are there preferred shares out there since he said he is a preferred stockholder for ALRY? Just a couple of questions

Good Wednesday morning, folks. Blackoak is back on-line and I see where my name has been invoked on several posts, especially on behalf of this newbie named "pizzabuster".

Aside to pizza, ferchrissakes, have a slice with pepperoni, throw away your "caps" key and take a Zantac before typing your thoughts on ALRY.

As a long-time JV, common and preferred stock investor with Allenergy, I will respond to some of your questions shortly as soon as I unpack and complete analysis of recently released company financials.

I also expect a check from ALRY with the most recent price paid for the company's oil and I will gladly post that info.
