tex....this is actually proof that the manipulation of the MM's is way overstated.....there's no interest in the stock....and, so it "sits"....the MM's don't care....they have other stocks to trade and make money....when, this one comes alive again....they will do their job...
the point is: they don't "hold it down".....they don't make money by keeping it static....the more it runs up or slides down....the more they make....they work on a differential...they make money on volitility....not static pricing....
this stock plummeted because of dilution...and it remains static because the market doesn't think it's a worthwhile buy....no buying pressure...
